Question: What suburbs do you work in?
Answer: Aline Building Solutions is based in the northern beaches of Sydney. We cover all Northern Sydney suburbs within reasonable travel time from the northern beaches. If in doubt give Allan Moir a quick call.
Question: Are we still able to live in our home during the construction of our project?
Answer: In the vast majority of cases this will not be an issue. We will cover site safety arrangements with you before commencing – especially important if you have pets or small children.
Question: What happens if it rains while my project is underway?
Answer: The majority of our work involves using electrical machinery in the outdoors, which as you will appreciate becomes a significant site safety issue when it rains. We will try to carry on with aspects of the work in milder conditions and we communicate with you early every day if significant showers are forecast.
Question: What insurances does Aline Building Solutions carry?
Answer: Aline Building Solutions carries: 1) Home Owners Warranty Insurance to cover the home owner for all projects valued at $20,000 or more. 2) Public Liability Insurance. 3) Workers Compensation.

Question: What is a Variation to Contract?
Answer: We do our utmost to prevent Variations by doing good planning with you up front. Nevertheless, Variations can happen in a few different circumstances: 1) After accepting the contract the Client changes their mind and requests different or additional work to the project. For example, if a different material is requested, or the dimensions of the project are altered. 2) Unforseen site-related issues are discovered after work on the project commences. For example, if after demolishing old structures we find building defects that need to be rectified, but are not included in the original scope of works. 3) Site access is made difficult by factors outside our control. For example if other trades contracted by you to work on the site hamper our scheduled access to the site, or have not completed works that our project is contingent upon.
Rest assured, we will try to accommodate minor changes but if a Variation is necessary we will always endeavour to achieve a fair outcome for you.
